Donald A. DiFrisco is President and Chief Executive Officer of International Surveillance Technology, Inc and was President & Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Surveillance Technology, Inc from August 2004 until he formed International and orchestrated a management buyout of Innovative.

 

He was President and Chief Business Architect of Cross Match Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cross Match Technologies, Inc for 15 months, and was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Company for 2½ years prior. Cross Match was #5 on the 2003 INC 500 list of fastest growing companies and the world’s only profitable biometrics firm. Don has worked with governments and law enforcement agencies at every level around the world.

 

Prior to joining Cross Match Technologies, Don served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of Concentra Preferred Systems, formerly Preferred Payment Systems, now know as Viant, a Healthcare and Managed Care Information Services Company and a 1996 “INC 500” Company, since October 1993.

 

With back-to-back INC 500 companies, Mr. DiFrisco is an expert in hyper-growth operations, finance and sales. From 1987 to 1993, he served in various financial roles within Allstate Insurance Company, Firestone Tire and Rubber and GDM Industries including Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controller and Budget Analyst.

 

Mr. DiFrisco received his B.S. degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Concordia College and MBAs in Global Technology Management and in Marketing from American Intercontinental University.

 

A decorated combat veteran (Grenada Invasion), Mr DiFrisco served as a military police officer in the US Army’s 82^nd Airborne Division and the XVIII Airborne Corp’s S-2 Unit of HHD, 503rd Military Police Battalion (ABN); honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant (E-5). 

 

He is certified in Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, Cash Management and Payroll. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Venture Forum, a Board Member of the South Florida Crime Commission and a member of the Palm Beach and Florida Chapters of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). A Legacy Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), The American Legion,  among others.
